    Over the past few days, some readers have encountered a known error code while checking for updates in a Java servlet. This problem occurs for many reasons. Let’s get to know them below.

    A simple web application that uses a table query next to the database, i.e. executing an update request using jdbc.

    Steps to query database using JDBC –

    1. Download the driver JAR file from offline and place it in the WEB-INF/lib folder of your web application. Here I am using MySql as a database so I have downloaded the offer jar name like this: “mysql-connector-java-5.1.20-bin.jar”

    2. Create a database (I use MySql as backend) as “javaee”.

    3. Create an important table in the “javaee” database in the “client”. Run the build request mentioned below −

     CREATE TABLE Visitors (   'Name' varchar(30) ,   'last name' varchar(30) ,   'email' varchar(45) ,   'city' varchar(30) ,   'password' varchar(30) NOT NULL,   PRIMARY KEY ("password") )

    4. Populate the custom table with (blank) material, otherwise process the four insert requests below:

    insert into client() (‘Jonty’,’Magic’,’[email protected] values.com’,’Pune’,’123456′);insert into () client settings (“java”, “sun”, “[email protected]”, “new in york”, “456”);insert CustomerValue())(‘Jesse’,’lool’,’[email protected]’,’Jamaica’,’23456′);insert into () customer values (“Cameroon”, “Black”, “[email protected]”, “Sydney”, “34”);

    5. Create a servlet. It executes an update request with a name. The code to get the servlet is shown below:

    package com.hubberspot.jdbcimport java.io.IOException;import java.io.PrintWriter;import java.sql.Connection;import java.sql.DriverManager;import java.sql.ResultSet;import java.sql.SQLException;java.sql.import statement;import javax.servlet.ServletConfig;import javax.servlet.ServletException;import javax.servlet.annotation.WebServlet;import javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet;import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest;import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletResponse;@WebServlet(“/UpdateJdbcQueryServlet”)Public class UpdateJdbcQueryServlet extends HttpServlet connection connection = null; result set result set = null; instruction instruction null; static string query is null; string url = null; string connection_name = null; string password is null; public void init(ServletConfig setting) throws ServletException url = “jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/javaee”; name = “root”; Account info = “root”; tryth use Class.forName(“com.mysql.jdbc.Driver”).newInstance(); Web Connection DriverManager =.getConnection(url, username, password); capture(ExceptionE) E.printStackTrace(); password protected void doGet( httpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse ) throws ServletException, IOException doPost(request, response); encoded void doPost( httpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse ) throws ServletException, IOException query = “update client definition Last_Name=’Smarty’ , First_Name=’John’ , with + “Email=’[email protected]’ where First_Name=’Jonty’;”; ExecuteRequest(Request); The query is equivalent to “Update customer record Last_Name=’Tommy’, First_Name=’Hil’,” + “Email=’[email protected]’ this First_Name=’Jesse’;”; ExecuteRequest(Request); dilemma = “Update client file. name=’tendulkar’ First name=’Sachin’ , ” + “Email=’[email protected]’ where First_Name=’Cameroon’;”; ExecuteRequest(Request); query = “update client setting Last_Name=’Sharp’ First_Name=’See’, , Inches + “Email=’[email protected] com’ First_Name=’Java’;”; ExecuteRequest(Request); private empty executeQuery (string query) To attempt declaration = connection.createStatement(); statement.execute(request); (SQLException gets e) e.printStackTrace(); @Crush void public destruction() To attempt instruction.close(); Connection.Close(); restore(SQLException e) e.printStackTrace();
